The Night Bazzar area is Chiang Mai's main tourist location with most of the venues here aiming primarily at the tourist market.

Thapae soi 1: around the Peak Climbing wall is a group of small open air beer bars, popular with gay Thai customers and foreigners alike.  Good venues to meet people in relaxed surroundings and easy to bar hop.
